My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was superb, offering easy access to the metro and boasting a lovely rooftop terrace with an incredible view of Istanbul. However, the rooms were a bit disappointing, especially with the ongoing construction nearby, but the breakfast at the balcony restaurant made up for it with a wide selection of delicious items.
The hotel rooms were very disappointing with various issues like unfinished decor, loose fittings, and non-functional appliances, but it was clean. The location was excellent for shopping centers, although the surroundings were not as pretty as in pictures. The service was a mix of unhelpful gestures and friendly assistance, especially at the help desk. The dining experience lacked variety and quality, while the facilities were quite limited.
